We are currently looking to recruit a general manager to oversee a nursing (45 beds) AND care (33 beds) home in Dorchester.

This is a mainly Monday to Friday position and we are looking for someone with strong management skills from a nursing and residential background. It is essential that candidates have the relevant qualifications in care management required for the role.

RGN preferred or RMN with elderly physical care experience to oversee the running of the Care Home site supported by a Head of Care in each home. This is a senior management role which could offer someone a step towards an Operations Management role in their career. It would suit someone looking for an 18 month project role or a permanent position.

A bonus scheme will be agreed that will focus on retaining the current 2 star CQC rating, increasing occupancy and good control of staffing costs.
